Phakamile Hlubi-Majola appointed to MISA's Communication Team

MISA, the Motor Industry Staff Association, has appointed seasoned unionist and journalist Phakamile Hlubi-Majola as spokesperson. The majority trade union in the retail motor industry representing more than 75 000 members has experienced phenomenal growth over the past four years.

Martlé Keyter, MISA's Chief Executive Officer: Operations, says the Union partnered with Hlubi-Majola's communication's company, Blaqstar Kreativ, to assist its Media and Communication Department in achieving greater heights. “MISA is excited to welcome Hlubi-Majola on our team. We share a deep commitment to defending the rights of workers. Our partnership is key to ensure that the voices of MISA’s members are amplified. MISA is always striving to improve our service delivery to our valued members and to make official communication accessible to everyone," says Keyter.

According to Hlubi-Majola she is grateful for the opportunity to continue serving workers and their families. "Together with the very capable MISA communications team, that is led by Sonja Carstens, I look forward to elevating the organisation and to achieve even great things," she says.
